MufK Integrated Digital Signature Platform

One platform for the whole document lifecycle

Every request tells its own story

Open any signature request and see who prepared it, which workflow approved it, who still has to sign and every event the provider reported back.

  • Recipients in signing order, internal and external
  • Every approval round with decisions and comments
  • Failure reasons and one-click retry when sending fails
  • An evidence summary ready for audit review
A signature request in MufK showing its summary, recipients in signing order and the approval round.

What is inside the platform

Everything an organisation needs to run governed signing, without stitching together separate tools.

Documents and versions

Secure upload with content checks, version history, classification, department ownership and retention dates.

Templates

Approved starting points with a default signature level, message and approval workflow.

Approval workflows

Staged approvals with named approvers, due dates and rounds. Returned requests keep their history.

Signature requests

Sequential signing for internal and external recipients, reminders, expiry, cancellation with a reason, and retries.

Identity enrolment

Assisted enrolment with identity checks, evidence capture, a checklist and an independent compliance review.

Signing profiles

Standard electronic, AATL and AES profiles managed separately from roles, and checked before every request.

Tasks and priorities

A task inbox and ranked recommendations for each role, so overdue and blocked work is seen first.

Audit and evidence

An append-only, hash-chained event trail with timestamps to the second, reviews and formula-safe exports.

Usage and reporting

Envelopes, credits, completion rates and turnaround from live records, for management and finance.

Every stage has an owner, a status and evidence

  1. 1

    Prepare

The Document and Workflow Manager uploads a document or starts from a template and chooses the signature level.

  2. 2

    Approve

Approvers in each stage approve, return with comments or reject. Nothing is sent until approval is complete.

  3. 3

    Sign

Recipients sign in order. Each signer's profile is checked against the level the document needs.

  4. 4

    Preserve

The signed file, provider references and the full event trail are kept together and archived where configured.

A service we monitor so you do not have to

The MufK operations team watches provider health, background jobs, webhook deliveries and support cases across the platform, and acts on failures before they hold up your documents.

  • A provider is shown as connected only after a real health check succeeds
  • Failed jobs and webhooks retried with a recorded reason
  • Customer support cases with internal notes and resolution tracking

Keep more than the final PDF

A record you can defend includes the people, the decisions, the document versions and the provider's own references around the signed file.

  • Signer and approver activity
  • Document versions
  • Provider references
  • Events to the second
  • Completion evidence
  • Archive outcome
